  • NEW! Wednesday Noon Prayer Meeting and Bible Study. About 15+ people have been gathering weekly to discuss the Fruits of the Spirit, with the Rev. Johnathan Bryson. Bring a bag lunch and join us! Chapel classroom. (Use the right-side entrance, red awning.)

  • "The Chosen" Season 3 discussion, Sundays at 5pm. Chapel classroom. (Use the right-side entrance, red awning.)

  • Family First Feast on most Wednesdays, 5:15 - 6:30pm.  Be our guest for a casual meal, bible lesson, music and fellowship--and a special kids-only time. Come solo or with family and friends, children and grandchildren. No need to arrive right on time, and reservations are great, but not required. Location: use the left-side entrance if facing the church. 

  • Sing, Sing, Sing! Sanctuary choir rehearsals are Wednesdays, 7 pm, August - July.  Join us. 

  • Just Older Youth, aka JOY Club, meets on special Tuesday mornings, taking a break during the summer. Let the church office know of your interest, and we'll be sure to contact you!

  • A Capella Christmas Concert and communion, with 2 guest choirs, November 

  • Community Thanksgiving Service hosted at FBC

Fall 2023

  • All Saints Sunday honoring members who have passed away in the past year

  • Trunk or Treat for our 90 day care children and their families

  • Matter of Balance class to help prevent and manage falls, 20 people (full registration) 

  • November: Soup lunch sponsored by our congregational care group.

  • We're sponsoring a high school course in financial literacy: Dave Ramsey's Foundations in Personal Finance.

  • Ordination of the Rev. Susan Haney

Opportunities to serve

Backpack Ministry. We provide "backpacks" of food for several families each week during the school year, through Southwest Middle School. Now, we provide for 7 families, a total of 31 people. 

​

Shelter meal prep. Once a month, we prepare and drop off a fresh meal.

​
